Meditation
Find a quiet place and sit comfortably with your spine erect but not supported. It can be cross-legged, on a chair, or on your knees. Now notice your breath as it moves through your body. Notice how your chest or belly rise and fall. A thought arises and return to the sensation of the breath in the body. That's it.

But...
If it's that simple and beneficial then we'd all be doing it. Yet very few people do. People have a range of excuses and the best way to combat these is by sitting regularly in a group.

There are so many benefits to meditation. Meditation really is life's best kept secret because its value cannot be understood until one has travelled a significant distance on a path with no obvious destination on a hunch that it might be a good idea. It truly is the journey of faith.
We don't ask you to trust us that it's a good idea because other people told us it is, but because we have personally experienced profound change in our lives.
It takes dedication and determination to stay on this path, hence why joining a group is so helpful, and why we are passionate about helping people to persist.
