Meet Emily

​Em brings a calm, supportive presence to her work, offering energy sessions and group events that help people reconnect with themselves. She draws on Reiki, somatic practices, and nature-based approaches to create a safe, nurtuting space for restoration and insight. With a strong connection to the natural world, Em integrates respect for land and its subtle energies into her practice, which adds a grounding and nurturing quality to everything she offers.

With a background as an outdoor guide, she has long understood the deep wisdom that arises when we move our bodies in rhythm with nature. From hiking and meditative walking to somatic practices and dance, this embodied connection inspired her to study Kahuna massage — a practice she now blends with her Intuitive Reiki and Somatic Energy Work to create deeply restorative sessions.

For many years, Em has been facilitating women’s circles across the Northern Territory and now South Australia, holding spaces that reconnect women with self, spirit, sisterhood, and the Earth Mother. Through circles, ceremonies, retreats, one-on-one sessions, and multi-day festivals, she continues to learn from the land itself — allowing her offerings to unfold as living expressions of reverence, movement, and healing.
