Relax in a tranquil environment with a burbling creek, crackling fire and cheery bird song of the bluegum forest. Sessions usually follow one of these three formats:

Focus on relieving pain such as headache, neck, shoulder, hip/back, or assisting with specific ailments such as migraine, bursitis, plantar faciitis, sports injury etc and often include deep tissue and cupping.

Regular maintenance to avoid the above - particularly if you have a lifestyle/job that is hard on your body, or a permanent injury that is relieved by regular treatment (eg bulging disc/scoliosis). Also to support disability and mental health challenges.

Deep relaxation to raise your vibe and clear unhelpful energies. These sessions can include more spa-style treatments or energy work as well.
